Early Bird, prior to August 19, 2011: $295

Standard Registration, after July 25: $395

  • Checks require the approval of PlateCooks management.
  • Cancellations made after August 1, 2011 will be charged 50% of the registration fee. Substitutions require the approval of PlateCooks management.

Workshop ranking

In order to maximize the value of the interactive, hands-on workshops, we are limiting the number of attendees that can participate in each. So to help us and make sure you attend the workshop in which you’re most interested, the follow-up email will ask you to rank in order of a 1,2,3 preference which you’d like most to attend (1 being your first choice, 3 being your last).

We will do our best to accommodate your preferences but ask you to provide a 1,2,3 preference within each workshop type. See sample below.

A block of rooms has been reserved for PlateCooks attendees at the Affinia Hotel located at 166 E Superior St, Chicago, IL. Room rates are $189 per night plus taxes. That preferred rate will be available until August 21, 2011, after that the room block will be released. When making your reservations, please indicate you are with the PlateCooks group.
